Q: Why is my MD-Recorder not making a track mark when new song is recorded?

A:
First of all you have to make sure your MD-Recorder is set to "sync mode". If it still doesn't work you can try to adjust number of seconds with silence. This is done in the preferences dialog. (right click main window => preferences). If you are using an optical connection, you also have to make sure that the "Connection-type" is set to optical in Mp3 2 MiniDisc. Choose Connection-type in the preferences dialog, and select optical. Mark: Some optical recorders also need a gap of 3-4 seconds to function properly. This can be configured in the preferences dialog, under "Sound Settings".
Q: Where is the Labelmaker located ?

A:
Just right-click in the "main" window and choose MD Labelmaker :)
Q: Help, I get an error when I start the program, what shall i do ?.

A:
If you are running Windows 95, or miss the scrrun.dll file (located in your windows\system folder), try to run the Win95 Fix. You will find it in the download section.
Q: Where can i access help, preferences etc ?

A:
Just right-click in the "main" window and choose what ever you was about to choose :)
Q: Does Mp3 2 MiniDisc supports optical soundcards ?

A:
Yes, for some cards it does. For more info on using optical-out supporting soundcards with Mp3 2 MiniDisc, have a look in the optical-info section.
Q: Help, my Media Player (6.4) has become norwegian, what shall I do ?

A:
Ok, this one is a bit embarrassing. In version 1.21 and lower (newer versions will not do this!), the installer overwrote your existing Windows Media Player (6.4) Active X Control. Maybe doesn't make much sence to you, however it resulted in that your Media Player (6.4) would turn into a norwegian one. There is, however, a way to fix this problem. First of all download a new version of Windows Media Player (6.4) from microsoft (click here to go to the download page). Delete the MSDXM.ocx file, located in your windows\system folder, and install your version of Windows Media Player 6.4. Now your Media Player (6.4) should be back in your language :)
Q: All my music is on a server, what am I going to do ?

A:
Well, you have to map the network share as a network drive. Then it will be like a "new" drive and treated as such.
